Organisation summary and communications priorities

THE ASSIGNMENT
Royal Far West is a not-for-profit children’s hospital based on the Northern Beaches of Sydney Australia providing much needed healthcare to children in rural and remote communities across the state of New South Wales.

I worked with the business team to summarise what is a relatively complex organisation with many stakeholders, staff and beneficiaries from a communications perspective.

This project was then used to:

  • Engage stakeholders  such as staff (medical and fundraising), board members, government departments and donors
  • Prioritise marketing initiatives
  • Inform business decisions
  • Add narrative to establishing key corporate partnerships
  • Sourcing both government and campaign-based funding
