Medallia is an intelligent business platform that helps brands like Mercedes, Macy’s, Electrolux and PayPal to optimize customer experience (www.medallia.com).

WHO WAS BEING ENGAGED
Key decision makers in target customer organisations, such as chief executive, marketing, innovation, technology, customer service and operations.

MY ROLE
I worked with the team at Apparent to develop:

  • Audience personas
  • Marketing clusters
  • Tailored messaging

The messaging I developed was used to create advertising and direct marketing.

It was designed to appeal both to the specific requirements of each audience group and also to get stakeholders to identify and agree upon common priorities across their entire organisation for which Medallia provided a solution.
